Last Updated: 22 Sep 2026
Welcome to WorthLift.
These Terms of Service explain what you can expect when you visit our website, purchase a service, or work with us.
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or services.
Use Of Our Services
WorthLift provides services related to executive visibility, personal branding, thought leadership, search visibility, reputation, and other professional visibility needs.
When you work with us, we ask that you provide accurate information and use our services only for lawful purposes.
You are also responsible for the information, materials, approvals, and access you provide as part of your engagement.
Service Engagements
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and responsibilities for a paid service may be set out in a proposal, order, statement of work, service agreement, or other written confirmation.
If those documents include terms specific to your project, those terms will apply alongside these Terms of Service.
If your requirements change beyond the agreed scope, we may need to review the timeline, fees, or approvals before moving forward.
Payments & Billing
We will clearly communicate fees and payment schedules before a paid engagement begins.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and making payments according to the terms agreed for your service.
Any applicable taxes, third-party costs, or additional services will be handled according to the relevant proposal or agreement.
Content, Approvals & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for making sure the information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
Where WorthLift creates content on your behalf, we may ask for your approval before anything is published or distributed.
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will follow the terms agreed for your specific engagement.
WorthLift will continue to own its existing methods, frameworks, tools, processes, and other intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Suspension, Changes & Termination
We may restrict or pause access to our services if they are misused, if required by law, or if agreed payment obligations are not met.
You may also request to end a service in line with the terms of your engagement and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
