Fairness starts with clarity.
We aim to review every request based on what was agreed and how much work has already been completed.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 22 Sep 2026
We understand that plans can change.
This policy explains how WorthLift handles requests to cancel a service or request a refund.
Because our services may involve research, strategy, content creation, design, implementation, or other work that begins soon after an engagement starts, refund eligibility will depend on the service purchased and the work already completed.
Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the current stage of the engagement, work already completed, resources already committed, and any cancellation terms agreed when the service was purchased.
If your proposal, order, statement of work, or service agreement contains specific cancellation terms, those terms will also apply.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the engagement.
We may consider factors such as:
- Whether work has already started.
- How much of the agreed work has been completed.
- Whether third-party costs have already been incurred.
- Whether deliverables have already been provided.
- Any refund terms agreed before the engagement began.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically mean that a refund will be approved.
Work Already Completed
Fees related to work that has already been completed or delivered may not be refundable.
This can include strategy, research, audits, consultations, content, design, setup work, or other services already performed as part of the engagement.
Third-party fees or external costs that have already been incurred may also be excluded from a refund where applicable.
Changes To A Service
If your needs change after an engagement has started, please contact us before cancelling.
Where practical, we may be able to review the remaining scope and discuss an appropriate adjustment.
Any changes to deliverables, timelines, or fees should be agreed before additional work continues.
Refund Requests
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact WorthLift with your name, service details, and the reason for your request.
We will review the request against the terms of your engagement and let you know the available next steps.
